4 lights means something isn't plugged in right. if there r 3 lights, and they blink.. call MS asap.

just google "3 red lights of death" and go to photos. there r plenty of examples there.

i'd imagine best buy...

but i honsetly dont trust them with anything over $80...

sorry i prlly didnt make that too clear. the voice machine said that first, which was weird to me so i talked to a person to get the tracking code.. and she gave me the 2nd tracking code. idk y i would have 2 tracking codes!
