Wii Injuries!

According to Kotaku.com the U.S. government has reported 3 Nintendo Wii Injuries. From the website; "Incidents/Injuries: Nintendo has received reports of cords on wrist straps breaking, including three reports of minor injuries not requiring medical attention. All of these incidents occurred when consumers were playing the game, "Wii Sports."  And there is also a wierd video of a guy getting impaled or whacked in the head with a Wii Controller after, I guess the strap broke. If thats whats happening to most of the Wii's, Jack Thompson might have a different type of video game violience to deal with....

I Got A 360!

For my birthday I bought a Xbox360. I also got Gears of War, GRAW, and The Outfit( Don't know why it got such bad reviews..) Expect to see me on live soon. I can't get on now because I have feed a cable through my basement to my room with the router in it.

Wii!!!!!

The Nintendo Wii has officially launced. Even though I thought it was a W.O.M. from the begininng, it's still amazing how Nintendo could pull off the whole controller thing. Here's a list of all the Gamespot Wii game reviews from launch day;
-Sonic   7.3
-F-Zero   8.0
-Altered Beast   5.2
-Madden 07   8.4
-Wii Sports   7.8
-Rayman   8.0
-Call of Duty 3   7.2
-GT Pro   5.1
-TH Downhill Jam   6.0
-Red Steel   5.5
-Legend of Zelda   8.8
-Rampage T.D.   5.1
-Super Monkey Balls   8.3
-Trauma Centre   8.0
-Excite Truck   6.8

So the best game you can pick up on launch day is The Legend of Zelda, and the worse game you can pick up is either Rampage Total Destruction, or GT Pro Series.

2 Days Till PS3!!!

Yup, according to Futureshop.ca (Canadian BestBuy) The PS3 is shipping in 2 days. They also have $10 dollar off deals on some of the launch titles. I'd like a PS3, because I really want to play R:FoM and Motorstorm, but I can't afford it, cause I got to upgrade my computer to play Crisis and other games.

Need For Speed Carbon?

EA's 20 game francise is back with Need For Speed: Crapbin (, oh sorry Carbon:D). This game is a sequal to Most Wanted with pretty much the same cars, story, city etc. etc. EA's previous NFS Games were quite good (MW, NFS 2, NFS Underground, HS, PU, NFS 1, etc. etc.) and I 've only played one bad one (Undergorund 2). Well, I downloaded the PC demo, and booted it up. The first screen i saw was takiling about its horrible soundtrack (Way to go EA!!), and the Drive safely on the roads. (Lawyers for ya..) If you can't drive safely on after playing this game, don’t play it and take some driving lessons. When I got into the game i figured ou how to use the Autoscuplt feature, and made the cars really ugly. 8) The racing part of it isn't bad, but it seems too much like the other 12 Need for Speed Games. It Ain't a bad game, but it will come down price fast like Most Wanted, so unless youre a diehard NFS fan, stick with Midnight Club 3 till NFS:C lowers price.

More Bad Weather......

It seems up North in the Canadian Praries (Manitoba, Alberta) get the worst weather in North America. I belive that. When I got out of school today it started snowing:shock:, not hard but still snowing. Some of it's gone by now, but theres still quite a bit of it on the ground.

Battlefield 2142 and Company of Heroes.

I was browsing the internet today and found this on BF2Files.com:
http://battlefield2.filefront.com/news/The_DICE_Collectors_Edition_of_2142;29384
If thats all DICE is putting into the collectors edition, It almost isnt worth it.
The one thats my favourite is you can get the demo 24 hours before release. (Thats quite sad.)

I finally got Company of Heores CE for 49.99CDN at Future Shop last week, and it is an amazing game. It has to be the best RTS i've ever played. Everything is amazing. Its the perfect game.
