@bdrtfm: You are 100% correct ! My friend plays only COD on Xbox series x and he will move to PS5. No one in their right mind will pay 120$ for online to play one game. For him game pass ultimate has no value.

If Sony follows its pc main and ps5 offline exclusives for me.
