Personally, how much damage did they really cause you?
They don't deserve to go to jail for 8 years because you couldn't play playstation online for a month.
Them taking the personal information is another story though

I had the same question when I upgraded my Fat 60gb to a 500gb HDD, you do not need to unlink your account when your change your hard-drive if you use the backup and restore feature. The account is linked to the hardware, not the Hard-drive

It is quite an impressive structure the game is based on however it is not the first time it has appeared in a game. Indigo Prophecy/Fahrenheit 911 used this format long before heavy rain.
It's deffinately a good game to run through if you like Heavy Rain

I've gone through at least 3 chapters. im not sure of the trophies i havnt gotten yet. *barely a SPOILER*I know i should have gotten a trophy for talking the gun out of the robbers hands in the convenience store.

I just bought Heavy Rain and because my wi-fi wasn't working I had to play for a bit without updating. I got around the bit with the psychiatrist's office. I was then able to fix my wi-fi and upated my game, but since i've been playing further, i have not recieved a single trophy. Do i have to restart my game to get the trophies to work?
