Morality systems in games of late have become something of a joke to me. i think a morality system should deeply affect the progression and outcome of a storyline and instead of either saving someone or letting them die (or killing them yourself, which is sometimes fun). If the developers want to include a system of morality in a game, then they should make it a core concept of the game and not just "flavour" material.
