I run a Nvidia 6800 with AoC- (AMD 4200+,2 Gig).. I can do ok in OLD TARANTIA (Gamespot: note spelling). Yup, gotta play with the settings. I usually leave things at 1600x1200, start with High settings and: 1) Turn off Shadows 2) Turn off Grass (natch) 3) Turn off Water Reflections 4) Turn Particle quality to low... and Shader 2.0. I'll get lows of 15, but run around 25-30. OH! And those are with bootleg NVidia drivers: I'm running the 174 series right now. There are newer ones out there now, but if you have an old card, you'll have to look for them. I HIGHLY recommend them. I just think they let the thing out of beta too soon. Or more likely, spent much of the development time polishing up the boobs and making cooler fatality moves. Once crafting comes into its own, I'll probably love it. Right now, I'll just wait.
