need some help.

2 days ago my gamespot union LOTR Gamers Union was at a percentage level 3 at 52%, yesterday it hanged to level 3 29%!!! a decrease of 23%??? why has this happened? my union has never been moderated for anything or displays no offensive or inappropriate material. has this happened to anyone else? or does anybody know about this problem? any help would be much appreciated
