it's a fare/show/expo stuff involving both game, anime, comic/manga and toys
since most of the companies joining there are those who make/publish lame MMO games,
I didn't pay much attention to it.

but then one of my friend managed to get an extre press pass
and he told me M$ is going to showcase their upcoming XB360 games there
which includes Bioshock and Ace Combat 6.

a big red exclamation mark pops above my head and I ran with him without any hesitation :D

when we arrived the M$ booth was showing the halo 3 E3 trailer on the screen,
but it seems there ain't anyone paying attention to it....

afterall halo and other FPS besides rainbow six and camper strike ain't so popular in HK :(

oh yeah
they did have lots demos like bioshock, AC6, Darkness
and games like FORZA2, GOW and trusty bell for visitors to try

Bioshock rocks like it's spiritual predecessor!
but the graphics seems tuned down compare to what I saw on the trailers
hell who cares about eye candy when the gamplay itself is great anyway.

before I leave, I ran around and take a few photo of the figure booths

To me, gameplay is way more important than graphics

the reason's simple:
you're PLAYING A GAME, not watching a movie

if all you want from a game uber graphics,
stop "playing" and head to the cinema

of course,
having fancy graphic stuffs would make a good game even better
but lacking it should NEVER be the ONLY reason when you rating a game

oh, why I suddently start ranting?

cos I saw too much people yelling
"This game sucks because it's graphic's not good enough"
and
"comeon it's 2007, gimme some better graphics before I start playing"

the dialoug should be something like "blah blah blah....kicked the teeth in"(means the doors locked, no way)
And, those idoits translated them into "blah blah blah....someone kicked YOUR teeth"(yeah, you better go and see the dentist now)
