I used to be a hardcore PC gamer and then I started playing 360 more and more. You get used to it honestly and if you keep up with a mouse and the controller you can learn to do both really well. If you're really hung up on the mouse keyboard check out this link. For 90 bucks you can use all your PC hardware on the 360 or PS3.http://xim3.com/

I agree. While it may sound cool it basically provides a weak under developed and poorly utilized gimmick that doesn't work or provide any enhancement to games.
There aren't enough kinect specific features and the kinect only games are probaby around the same quality and depths as the mobile games.
I have really no interest in playing Halo 4 on PC. I have both a PC and 360 that I can play the game on. If I did get it on PC I would probably get it on Steam. Having it on Steam means I have it forever. I don't need that. The ability to get some money back on trade in is a huge advantage for 360 imho. I have been able to get rid of old Halo and CoD games as they come out every year. What would I need a copy of CoD:4 for today?
Team Fortress Classic. My first multiplayer experience. Played in the huge matches on dustbowl and avanti I was blown away and had the most fun of any game up till that point. I'd played games like Soldier of Fortune, SWAT: 3, Alpha Centauri, Civilization 2: Test of Time. I'd never really experienced multiplayer games before and when I first started playing and getting owned it just blew my mind. When I saw the battle and the pacing I was like AWESOME!!! I quickly became an awesome engineer demolishing people with my combo of turrets, grenades, and the shotgun.
This is how I became a hardcore gamer...
I will be echoing the posts above.
SWAT 2 is like XCOM but I don't think it would run on todays machines or if you could even find it anywhere.
Fallout: Tactics is agree is very underated and a lot of fun. I would love to see a new 360 version of this game based on the new Fallout games and X-COM with the option to turn it to real time (My favorite option)
I think original Commandos series is another game in like this.
Personally I think that Alpha Centauri is a lot like this game considering Firaxis had a hand in both games. It has better customization than the Civ games.
I'd say its relative to what you like to do i.e. flying, race, shooting, etc. Personally i prefer BF3 multiplayer over all others because I enjoy the gameplay and the setup and matchmaking.
1. Call of Duty: MW 2
2. Call of Duty: MW 2
3. Borderlands
4. This is Vegas
5. Assassin's Creed 2
6. Left 4 Dead 2

You're going to buy the next console anyway because you need to keep up with the times and the games, etc. All the other stuff is just gravy if they add it. I would hope the XBL things you bought carry over because it includes TV shows and movies. There are very few games I would consider playing again after the 360 becomes obsolete. The only Xbox originals I play are Kotor 1&2 and Jade Empire.
Hahaha you all sounds so dedicated, I loose interest really quickly and never get any of the hard achievements. I game hop constantly and I barely finish any game i play or own.
