it is not any more rude/weird/whatnot to give a game a 1 then a 10, if many will put a game as a 10 (witch we all know it simply cant be not) then I see no problem putting a 1, in the end it will even out to what the game is really worth, most people go for a 10 because they just want to get many "thumbs up" as every 12 year old fan boy no mater if that review is completely useless will click on "thumbs up", I make my reviews no mater if every fan boy on the face on this planet gives me a "thumbs down" according to what I think of that specific software, things like "man this is the greatest game 3VAR!" wont help anyone making a decision buying that game or not, by making such reviews and giving them "thumbs up" you just screwing other people over who might buy the game and then are disappointed, if you love a game and you like to review it put in detail WHY then you deserve a "thumbs up" even if I disagree with you and for my taste that game is trash. The point of the "thumbs" system is not if you agree with the reviewer BUT if that information will help people with completely different taste find out if they will like a game or not. In fact i ALWAYS look at the 4 and below ratings before i get a game, so i know what people DON'T like about a game.
