What i seen on gametrailers.com is that one of the directors/producers/designer w.e. Said that far as Downloadable maps,weapons,attachments etc.. For price, has not been thought of yet. He says, "We work had on maps and we spend so much money and time on them so to make them free we haven't decided" ok well I'm sick of paying 100 dollars for a game and yes nobody says i have to pay more then the normal game sale that's 64$ (U.S) now you can bet your behinds that i will be buying all the DL content but seriously think of it like this...........

If it costs them to make maps around 1,000,000$ in labor and technology, would it be so hard to put maps around 1$ a piece? Instead of the 5-7$? Think of it this way, 1,000,000 people are going to play this (hopefully) so times that by 1 dollar! you get your money back.......

So basically yea just shows that your milking gamers for every dollar instead of loving the game. before people start hitting me with shut ups and grow one... Seriously it makes sense if someone can make something worth while and have it be popular and knowing they are going to only make 64 dollars a person and with the new technology we have today for gaming wouldn't it be wise to say ok 5$ for extra gun content, 8$ for maps,10$ for extra clothing and gear...... You see?? now the game is turned into 87$..... ok so back to the million people who may buy this game lets go 1,000,000 times 64 dollars (yes for the blue ray disc and headset) that's a whopping 64,000,000!! they already made their profits off of just the game.... so now 1 million people buys the content that's 87,000,000 dollars with in the year....

This goes for other games as well Rockband,Guitar hero etc.... they make the same thing everywhere with little features and new song lists for the same price 100 dollars with the Guitar, 64 dollars with just the disc. and people pay for that!!! On Xbox360 Rock band has a total of 227 downloadable songs for each of 120 microsoft points each 120-300 points is basically like 3 dollars. ok so again that's a whopping 681$ lets say the average person bought the 200$ package that's 881$$ For a game . ok fine not everyone is goint to buy every song but today ladies and gentleman the gaming industries is ripping everyone off in my opinion

I just fear that socom may to advantage as well, LOL i will be buying everything for it because i feel for the game i have been playing socom since part 1! and i cant remember the release date that was but as soon as it released i picked it up (remember the big box it came in for the cheap headset and game lol)
