Is there anyway to fight the giant flan again after you beat him i weakend him the first time now i want to fight him again so i can open the paradox ending any help would be appreciated

whats with the final boss or lack of that's the cheapest boss battle that i have ever seen 1 shot with the gun and he falls whats up with that like really who else thought that was pretty cheap
