I think SOCOM would probably give you the most play time for the money you spend on it, unless you absolutely hate tactical shooters

The issue: I haven't played CoD4 in a while and I want to get on and play with some old friends of mine but I have to get the update but everytime I attempt to download it it gets to like 10 or 15% and then stops downloading. I've had this issue before with downloading patches for games and if I just kept trying it would eventually finish downloading but I've tried for probably about 1 1/2 hours so far combined (tried on 2 seperate occasions) and it's getting to be a little bit ridiculous.

The question: How can I get this patch so that I can play CoD online again? Can I download it on my computer and put it on a flash drive? If so, from where? Or is there some fix for this problem?

Thanks in advance :)

This:

Its not wireless but that doesn't really bother me, and I used this for around 2 years when I was playing SOCOM on the ps2, it works great!

But whatever you do, dont buy a GIGATECH headset, I bought one from Radioshack on impulse because I really needed one and its ridiculously loud (the one I got has a volume knob that doesnt work??) and I literally had to wear it around my neck to be able to hear what people were saying (this was with every volume control turned all the way down on my PS3), and it was very uncomfortable when I was actually wearing it too... Anyways, Logitech makes really good headsets you should get one from them :)

Unreal Tournament..

I know a lot of people like it, but I have no idea why. It seems like a big joke that Epic pulled on gamers, its so ridiculously fast and stupid (in my humble opinion:roll:)

ok, so recently my trusty old logitech headset from SOCOM III started messing up, so I went to the store and bought this new gigaware headset at radioshack because no stores near me have the logitech one I guess. Anyways, my issue is that whenever I try to play it the volume on the headset is up so loud that I can put it around my neck and still be able to understand the louder people. I've turned the volume all the way down on my audio device settings, and on games that have a headset volume option (RSV2) I turned that all the way down and the volume on the headset itself doesn't seem to work.. Does anyone know some other way I can turn the volume down? That would help me out a lot, thanks :)

I was a huge fan of Indigo Prophecy on PS2 (from the same developer) so i am very excited for this game and I hope it is as original as Indigo Prophecy was

+1 to the COD4 All Ghillied Up mission, not only the end but that part where you have to hide from the soldiers in the field as they pass by took me forever, but maybe it was just me..

Also, the quest to cure vampirism in Oblivion, that was ridiculous and unnecessary.

PixelJunk Monsters is really fun, especially for $10. And I enjoy the Crash and Spyro rereleases probably because I used to play them all the time
