The answer is simple 60fps for both consoles and resolution can be dynamic. Best experience Scorpio. I wish destiny 2 would be 720/60 on Xbox one if that meant Scorpio could be 4k/60 if bungie wanted frame parity. Most FPS are targeting 60 now which they should.

@MrFreehuggs: what a waste of time to release a console that still falls behind the regular ps4 in gaming quality???(testing aside we will see) and especially when you mention the 4k console is coming next year i might have bought the slim and i own the xbox one but now i will wait until i have a 4k tv to buy the scorpio after.
