I say to have the characters (that are still alive) from CoD 4, go back in time to the WWII era, and fight their way back to a time machine that hitler was building, only hitler turns out to not be a human dictator, but a Terminator sent back in time to weaken humanity!!!! We could call it Call of Duty 5: Salvation
