Anya's looks have very very little to do with the engine and more to do with the art assets. The only thing that may be attributed to an improved engine are textures and her hair, but her body and face geometry was changed a lot, which has little to do with the engine an a lot to do with the model.

yupy94, the PS3 will never be better than PC or Xbox 360, take this from a game developer...that "40%" you speak about is just a buzzword...
