I don't think it has to do with bandwidth because the worlds are hardly ever complately full.

Yes, but the question at hand is why RuneScape lags? Does any one know?

About RuneScape... What is up with their in game lag...

Ok, on a more serious note. I've been wondering why RuneScape has such a bad lag issuse. It was first just server lag but now its even game lag ever since the new HD update. For me its most noticeable when playing in full screen mode. I know it doesn't have to do with my computer, because my computer will pretty much blow any game out of the water, but RuneScape...

So I was wondering if its because RuneScape is coded in Java that makes RuneScape game play so bad, or is it because it run in a web browser?

What do you guys think the issuse is here? Or do you think it has to do with something else other then it being coded with Java and or because it runs in a web browser?

Nah. I got a one back fan in the back with another in the front. I don't think heat is the problem. Its not like my system is shutting down, I keep on getting a window error saying something and then closing out the game.

Edit: I thought it came out in 06.

I've got a 430W Power Supply. I'm almost sure that its a memory problem with the game but I mean come on. This game was made in 2006 and ddr2 wasn't even out yet. At that, I've got 4gb of ddr2 memory. I guess could go out and get a new monther board and go with one that will support 8gb of memory.. But thats a little crazy just to play a game. So I was thinking maybe this is a vista problem.

Ok guys, so I wonder. What is going to be better for me as a OS to play games. The reason why I bring this up is I have a game called Supreme commander and on my computer I try and run this game on vista and I can only get so far because it crashs. So maybe its my hardware.. Well, I have a 8800GTS 320MB video card, I have a AMD 5600 Dual core, with 4gb of ddr2 800 speed memory. So is this samply because I don't have a fast enough system or is it a window vista problem?

Thanks for the feed back guys.
