I've got a 46" Samsung DLP and love it. I purchased it in December of 2006 and haven't had any problems w/ it at all (knock on wood of course). TimothyB is correct though, all those things he mentioned are possibilities. You've just got to do your research and decide for yourself... I can tell you I've been told over and over that Plasma isn't the best choice for gaming if you can go w/ LCD or DLP.

What happened the ability to deactivate individual games from showing up in your played games and achievements list?  I've always hated seeing all the demos I've tried in my list of games played and chievements list and had hoped they would change it to only include games you've played the full versions of.  When I read they were going to give us the ability I nearly danced.

NBA 2K6 you can get the full 1000 in about an hour and King Kong you get the full 1000 for playing the game through once which I think only takes like 5 hours or something like that. Oblivion will take you 30-40 hours to get them all. Oblivion is a great game though and I strongly recommend it. I've played it for well over 200 hours and am still not tired of it!

I've got a buddy who is having a real hard time getting a decent connection to Live. He checked under network settings and where it says Link he's got a solid green light (like my own), but under Act it is grey w/ an intermittent yellow flash (my own is solid yellow). I'm assuming Link refers to your broadband connection and Act refers to your connection to Live, but is that correct? I'm assuming this b/c when I logged out of Live my Link remained green, but my Act went grey like his.  If this is the case what could be having the effect of screwing w/ his connection to Live when his connection to his broadband is strong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've got a Logitech Internet Chat Headset that was in the collector's edition of Guild Wars.  I never used it on there b/c I didn't want to pay for the service.  Now I'm wondering if there is a way I can use it on my 360.  I'm really just curious b/c it covers both ears and I'm not sure that I'll care for that.  It has both audio in and out and I'm not sure if the adapter that people use for the Halo 2 headset would work?  Does anyone know and if it wouldn't is there any other way?  Thanks in advance.
