i live in adelaide australia and just a couple of weeks i brought the battle chest from a store for like $15 AUD. im pretty sure where u live you should be able to buy a copy. if worst comes to worst just order a copy directly from blizzard - i think that is possible.

i liked how starcraft 1 had its own style, but now starcraft 2 looks like world of warcraft type graphics. it looks a little more goofy, while in starcraft 1, it did have a much darker theme. i wish they could have transferred that dark theme over to starcraft 2, instead of switching completely to warcraft style.aching546

man i agree with aching546. blizzard has been too long in the world of warcraft and i believe they have lost touch with the original mindset when they were making starcraft 1. plus i bet the half the team isnt the same so maybe the original will remain the original and the best

i play occasionally with the other guys in clans2a, but like most people , everyone is just hardcore waiting for starcraft 2. through i reckon my micro skills has decreased because i dont play as often anymore ... and its a repetitive cycle: you dont play, you lose skill, you get beaten that discourages you more so you dont play  lol

how long did it take for blizzard to develop world of warcraft? what like 3 years so 2009 - 2010 isnt too much of inflated figure in my opinion. i think if they release it any early then that the game will likely not live up to great expectations of the starcraft community. but apparently Blizzard registered starcraft2.com domainlike in 2002 so they have been planning starcraft 2 for ages and might have been working on this for years.

i like the fact that they are adding and replacing old units that were not integral to the game. for example removing wraith and goliath with the viking excellent change.

this is blizzard's trophy game. they dont care about profit instead they care about making a quality game.
