Hey! So i had the same question. Well it turns out I needed to go to the swamp and perhaps see the old ruined tower first, then i offered her a drink of Kaedwenian Stout and she tells a story about the tower and the golems and how the swamp began. I had tried all the stuff you had then i said heck with it, did some running around and tada found her again and this time she told me a story. No journal entry or anything that I noticed. Good luck!
