I would definitely suggest, honestly, if you have the money, purchase both. Dead Space is a very good game, and the whole real time aspect to the game (meaning when going through inventory in the screen, you are NOT paused), and the freakiness factor of the game is just awesome. It may not last as long as Fallout 3 and definitely not as much to do, but there is no doubt that it is a game to pass up.

However, if you HAVE to just purchase one of the two, I would recommend purchasing Fallout 3 over Dead Space. Although Dead Space is a good game, again there is much more to do in Fallout 3 and overall is going to last you longer and give you more enjoyable play time. I have to say as well, Fallout 3 is more difficult in the sense of you have to really think of what you are doing. The game itself is huge, and aside from the main quest there are many side quests available to you as well, many of which are not just short and over and done with quests. So if you like this style of gaming (not just walk in the direction you need to go and shoot everything), I would definitely recommend going with Fallout 3 first, but eventually picking up Dead Space as well.

Thanks for this helpful reply. Appreciate it.

why can't review games before launch like other sites? Do they not get advance copies like other reputable video game sites in order to review games ahead of launch? To me it only makes sense that Gamespot -- certainly one of the biggest, most popular gaming sites -- should have reviews out in a more timely manner.

That Gamespot takes so long to get their reviews out? I like Gamespot, and look forward to their well-written reviews, but why does it take them so much longer than everyone else to review a game? Why is it that IGN has its reviews out the same day as release (everytime) and Gamespot never does?? I find this annoying.

Just wondering....

Why in the world hasn't Gamespot put out a review on Turok yet??? How long does it take them to review a game?

I like FPS games a lot, but have never played any of the Halo series and am not familiar with hit. Is it a safe bet that I will like Halo 3? Is it that good?

Thanks,

a noob

Yes of course you can be a villan but you have to create your character properly. Usually this means making a stealthy, sneaky guy with maybe some illusion magic to make yourself invisible or otherwise get the heat off your tail when you commit crimes. Think about it, if a dumb warrior just starts cutting off heads, he would get thrown in jail all the time.CaptainCrazy

so what character would be best for sneaking, murdering, ranged attacks, thievery, etc? What sort of character class/race do you recommend?
