I HAVE FOUND A SOLUTION

Atleast i hope for some of you i have...i had this same issue for a couple days while trying to set up a static IP for better NAT and i found out you have to have the IP and the DNS put in manually perhaps for some sort of verfication?

EITHER WAY just go to your router page and type in the primary and secondary DNS manually under the IP setup after that it should work

P.S if you messed with anything in the advanced section....undo it put that stuff to automatic and make sure you put down the right stuff for static IP (and make sure it doesnt conflict with any other devices... recommend making the last digit 100 or something past that)

So ya i have my xbox connected straight to the router and it cant find IP address no matter what i do i dont think automatic works because it says its 164,129 or something (this isnt my router im at the beach condo place and they have routers in their rooms) so then i get to thinking maybe its the cable i had heard the 360 is picky but apparently others have sayed the ****** cat5 works fine. So then i try bridgeing a connection with my laptop (which is connected to the WIFI) and xbox i plugged it in and it appeared once but nothing.

why wont the xbox find the router when its plugged directly in??

Can anyone give some suggestions product wise read somewhere about someone getting a 1 TB one for only 80$ but didnt know know how to send that person a message so can anyone suggest any I wouldnt know how to look for one since there arent any specific ones that i know of like xbox has

Whats wrong with it when doing the user agreement and after selecting show videos it asked me this one last question and no matter which option i chose it always says "service isnt availible try again later" all i wanted to do was check it out.

So i Downloaded it and insstalled now it says something like input settings are wrong and can't play on current ones.

I dont understand why though first off the tv is a hidef tv secondly im using HDMI so what my settings are too high to play it?

a friend of mine said it changes it automatically but that didnt work i even messed around in the display settings but no go.

Why is it that i shared a netlfix account with a friend and when we tryed joining a netflix party it wouldnt let him join mine so we could watch the same thing together? Also he seems to have access to only the instant que (and yes we both have the preview) Is it because mine is like a master account and everything else is like a sub account?

your right im not 18 but the info i put in my windows live account is over 18 thats why i posted this topic because im wondering why its saying im under 18 when the info i put was over 18

it wont let me get that far once i click download to xbox and i type in my email and pass and after thatit says you must be 18+ to download from the marketplace and i just checked and it didnt start downloading anything.

I found out today that i could download stuff online to my xbox apparently so i went on xbox.com and tryed it out, only when i tryed it out it told me i have to 18 or w/e now what i dont understand is why thats saying that since my Windows live ID is set above 18, Also i made sure there werent any child accounts either. So does anyone no why i cant DL from comp to console.
