Balloon Fighter

Weight - ranges from Light-weight to mid-weight (depends on number of balloons)
Power - Moderate
Speed - Moderate
Jumping - ranges from standard double jump to an additional four jumps (depends on number of balloons)
Grab - Normal, lower-moderate reach
Special Info - At the start of a match Balloon Fighter will start with two balloons, however by using his special he can bring up to four. Balloons can pop from either attacks by Balloon Fighter or from too much stress from being hit by enemies. The Balloons can give him an added jump boost, one extra jump per balloon (so if he has all four ballons out he gets 6 jumps, the standard double jump plus an additional jump per balloon) which greatly adds to him recovery. However, each balloon he adds also change his weight and falling speed. For each balloon added he becomes slightly more floaty and his weight also decreases. This means he can range from a fast falling mid weight to a floaty light weight. While the Balloons may make him have a better recovery, they will also make him more susceptible to getting knocked back. It requires a level of thinking and knowing your opponents characters strength and weaknesses. Do you add to your recovery but make it easier to get knocked back, or do you not add to your recovery making it harder to recovery but you won't get knocked back so easily?

Moveset (final smash, specials, and smash attacks):
Up Smash - Balloon Pop (upward). Balloon Fighter pops a balloon above his head causing good damage and vertical knock back, if he doesn't have a Balloon he will just do a slap upward that is slightly weaker than the balloon pop and with less knock back.
Side Smash - Balloon Pop (sideways). Balloon Fighter pops a balloon causing good damage and horizontal knock back, if he doesn't have a Balloon he will just do a slap that is slightly weaker than the balloon pop and with less knock back.
Down Smash - Balloon Pop (downward). Balloon Fighter stomps on a balloon causing good damage and horizontal knock back, if he doesn't have a Balloon he will just do a spin that is slightly weaker than the balloon pop and with less knock back.
Special - Balloon Blow Up: Balloon Fighter takes a really short amount of time to blow up a ballon to add to him arsenal. Can have up to 4 balloons at a given time.
Side Special - Electric Balls: Balloon Fighter brings out an electric ball that can be anywhere on the stage, including mid-air. No more than two electric balls can be out at once. If he uses this move when two balls are out then one of them will be moved to the new location. Does small damage and no knock back but has a good stun effect. Good for set-ups, follow up attacks, and strategies. If an opponent hits a ball that also makes it disappear.
Down Special - Free Falling: Balloon Fighter releases all the balloons he has and slams onto the stage, think Kirby's down special, except he won't become invulnerable like Kirby and after doing this Ballon Fighter loses all Balloons. If he did not have balloons then he can still use this move, but the damage and power received by enemies won't change. The difference with doing it when he has balloons is that those balloons will float off and can cause some damage and knock back to opponents too. Balloon Fighter can also use this just standing on the ground but it won't cause as much damage.
Up Special - Flap: Ballon Fighter gets addition jumps, think Pit's up special, but he corresponds to the balloons he has. Having all four balloons gives him an extra 5 flaps, while not having one ballon only gives him one flap. This move can also cause some damage and knock back if the opponent is close to Balloon Fighter after he does a flap.
Final Smash - Crashing Hot Air Balloons: Giant hot air balloons will crash onto the stage. When they hit the stage they will burst causing big gusts of wind that will push opponenets back horizontally and really far. If the opponent is under the hot air balloon then they will recieve a lot of damage then be launched upward.
