Hey Guys

Its finally been announced that, the return of Samurai jack! For you guys and girls who might not know about this series, it was an original cartoon network series back in the day (I FEEL OLD ><), and randomly got cancelled with the story just left incomplete. It mixed a fantastic art style with masterful use of music and sound, and i’m really happy to see it return to finally finish of the epic story.

I highly recommend you guys check it out before the new series starts in march!

So are any of your guys going to watch it?

Hey Guys,

I entered gaming back in the day with the original Nes, Super Nes, N64 and GameCube (while having all the games boys (yes ALL XD)), but when the wii came out i felt that Nintendo had left its focus of the core gamer (like me :)) for the casual gamer market (nothing wrong with causal gamers, its just not for me) and enter the Sony PlayStation family (from ps2-ps3, might be getting ps4 pro soon). But with the upcoming switch, it got me thinking if it might be worth returning, so wanted to ask with the up coming Nintendo switch, is anyone thinking of returning to Nintendo?

Hey Guys,

I been play BF-1, and am really enjoy the whole classic weapons, but i am missing the use of modern equipment. So i been thinking of getting BF-4 (reason i didn't get it when it came out was cos my old laptop couldn't play it), but i don't know if anyone still playing the multiplayer game, do we have any BF-4 players here? hows the online community? are there ppl still playing online?

best: Trackmania - easily the friendliest and most helpful community I've encountered, plus these games are 100% community driven as servers run community made maps

runner up: RO2/Rising Storm - this is a community that actually uses teamwork. most games will have commanders and squad leaders on comms working together to ensure all flanks are covered/artillery is dropped in helpful places etc.

worst: any competitive MP game with a really large community and matchmaking

In my experience, niche games with smaller communities tend to be much better than big games, in part because I expect people will feel more anonymous in games with larger populations.

I also think games that use server browsers and community hosted servers tend to be less toxic, especially if a server has admins that will kick/ban players for being wankers. Another downside to the shift towards matchmaking in MP games over the last 10 years

yeah its seems like alot ppl are saying the same thing, with some indies games have very welcoming communities. with server browser it can be a bit hit and miss depending on the admin (sometimes you get the power hungry admin). matching in most game i feel is quite broken, which in turn leads to one way matches, which then leads to alot of ppl not having fun

@uninspiredcup: interesting, didn't think there would be a lot of active players on BL, since the games are quite old now

@smartandfit: Explain bad community in FPS game? you shoot people, do you have time to chat? you usually play with friends with 3rd party VOIP (Curse, DIscord, Teamspeak) - do you want random people online to co-operate with you? slight chance for that to happen, you'll need a clan.

@PredatorRules:mayeb, but in some games like L4D, and killing floor you can have fun, fight and chat in

Hey guys,

So I started playing battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2 (got them on sale ) and i noticed that there is a massive difference in the community from the online FPS i usually play, such as Overwatch and Killing floor 2. And not in a good way!!! So that got me thinking, which online FPS games has the best community (such as not douche bag, or a**hats) and the ones that have the worse community?
