Apperently its by the Smashing Pumpkins ands is called "The Beginning Is the End Is the Beginning", an alternate version of "The End is the Beginning is the End" in support of the "Batman and Robin" movie in 1997.

Its basically a slower droning version but it has a great affect with the trailer

12 Monkeys is aces, I love "Smokin Aces" but the trailers and publicty stuff ruined it by promosing like only action and guns blazing
