Right ok.

my ps3 slim has faceplanted into the oh so gritty dirt of the technological world. i was playing motorstorm PR this morn, all was well, children were singing in the streets, birds were chirping and the sun shone high in the sky... until. so, there i was, pwning a motorbike with a monster truck when the screen froze..... nothing unusual i thought, just a glitch. (i got three of these freeze moments by the way). so i turned it off and then on again. it came back on and disaster. the screen was still there! i could see my pwning monster truck, but most curious of all, was that i could still hear all of the background noise! so i could play my ps3, but not see what was going on. i tried doing the reset resolution thingy but no help. just made the monster truck look bigger. the last ps3 i had got YLOD.

So basically, the screen that froze on motorstorm, is still there now. but, i can still hear all the background noise of my ps3. it cant have overheated because i only had it on about half an hour-hour. to be honest, all frills aside im getting sick of sony. they just churn out ps3 slim ontop of ps3 slim and they are lackluster! at least give people who are honest loyal gamers some good consoles.

I am not aware of any outstanding warranty, but i received it for christmas.

Please give me some help.
