my ps3 died. got the yellow light of death. i sold all my games and bought an xbox360 finally. gamertag is akalakabaka. add me.

it's been awhile! i've just finished beating quantum of solace, which was decent...but somehow unsatisfying. the graphics are kinda crappy.

 

I just rented Resistance 2 so thats kind of my main thing right now, it's pretty amazing but i havn't seen an extreme difference between 2 and resistance 1, besides for graphics and a few minor gameplay improvements. it's good don't get me wrong, but yeah.

 

got a short list of other games coming out that i want to at least rent...

 call of duty 5
 Mirror's Edge
 left 4 dead

   etc.

 

I'm liking the trophies....

 and....i bought far cry 2...pretty decent but the original was better.

 

I havn't been gaming that much lately actually. I've been finding better things to do with my time.

I got GTAIV! I unforutanetly wasn't able to get it monday night, but i woke up this morning, called best buy and they had like 10 copies. So I went and grabbed it, and i've been playing it all day. It's incredble. Enough said. I'm going to play it some more now...:)

I am so excited for GTAIV.

I am waiting in line to get it for 2+ hours on monday night.

I may not be seen for quite sometime. haha.

oh okay so i guess im not. i got a job, and i may eventually buy one but i'm probably just going to get an ipod touch this weekend. I just beat condemned 2 today, it was incredible.

I am going to start playing R6 Vegas so i can be up to speed when i get Vegas 2...

Eventually I'm going to try Dark Sector too, i've just been really busy with my new job at the movie theater.

and I am totally BUYING GTA4 the DAY it comes out, or i may preorder it.

getting an xbox360 pretty soon! my dad thinks its a good idea to have both consoles.

I think its a terrible choice on his side because he's unemployed and will most likely on credit...but i'm not complaining.

I could use that money for a drivers ed but ehhhhhhhhh lol

I rented timeshift. It has fantastic graphics but very repetititve gameplay and basically no story line. I just can't get myself to play it anymore. So I'm just waiting for Turok to come to my local video store because I played the demo for it and it was pretty fun. I don't know how great it's going to be but I'm sure I will like it better then Timeshift.

I beat CoD4 for the 4th time last night. I just can't get enough. Online wants me.....

This year is going to be so great gaming. With games like Far Cry 2, Resistance 2(if it does come out this year)...Splinter Cell: Conviction(even though I'll have to freaking rent a 360 just to play it. It makes no sense that suddenly they switch to PC-360 only)
Umm also stuff like Home which better come out soon and a lot of other games.

Even before the PC version released, rumours of a PS3 conversion of the stunning Crysis (developed by Far Cry creators Crytek) were rife, and not far off the mark if insiders at the studio are to be believed. The game looks to be a port of the PC original plus some extra modes and features, a kind of Crysis 1.5. Like the PC game you can expect a visual powerhouse; an open-world shooter that begins on a beautiful tropical island before things take a turn for the worse and aliens from a parallel world stake a claim on Earth. Only the mighty Killzone 2 could possibly hold a candle to this shooter. For technical reasons we hear an Xbox 360 version of Crysis isn't in development. Bet you're glad you bought a PS3 now, eh?
