so what would be a decent processor?

Probably a dumb question, but how do I tell if it is a 939 socket board??

I am currently running a AMD Athlon 64x2 4200+ processor with an 8800 GS card and 4 gigs of ram and would like to upgrade the processor with something a little quicker, but still compatible with the mobo I currently have. I am not sure what type of mobo I have, but this is what I think, I will just type everything I see on the screen, part of it should be the mobo.
