If u wanna teleport to the exact same spot U can't be in the city of the skies. this happened to me as well but i have the GC version so the next time i used Ooccoo It worked fine.

I know why that happened. It's because when you use Oococoo(or whatever) she teleports you out right? BUT if you enter the temple she meets up with you. to Teleport back in to the same spot you need to use Oococoo jr. outside the temple to teleport to the spot you used Oococoo. Hope my explanation works :D
