I live inChina. The 2 biggest consoles are the ps2 and 360. Reason being pirating. You can't even get a non-modded console here. When the biggest cash cow for gaming companies is the games and not the consoles, there is no reason for them to push into this market. You can buy any game for 5RMB here which is about 75cents.

The developers of Killzone 2 have said the game cannot be done on PC or Xbox 360. So I guess PS3 really is the best system out there power wise.
