Ok I have a gripe here with hitachi, a year and a half ago i bought a gateway computer open box really cheap. As of rigth now the only thing that has carried over from that system is the hitachi deskstart 250gb hard drive. Well maybe I'm wrong but i thought a hard drive was supposed to last a lot longer then a year and a half but no. Two days ago my hard drive started making the ticking of death. Come to find out hitachi deskstars are renowned for this and my hard drive probably wont last more then another week. This couldnt come at a worse time. I had 200 bucks set aside for Crysis, Call ofDuty 4, Soldier of Fortune, and Gears of War out of this pay check and now since I'm going to have to buy a new hard drive I can only buy 2 of those games until my next paycheck. I know it's only 2 weeks from now but common, I was going to sit around smoke, drink and get my game on this weekend and now I'm going to spend some of it putting in a new hard drive and getting windows installed and all that crap. It's total bull, I hate you hitachi, I hope you rot in hell.
