i got my ps3 2 years in, and i get games on a half year lag, it's fantastic. i just got mag and the community, the only thing that hurt this game on release, is fantastic now, everybody has mics and all, because the cod guys got tired of it. and it was only 20 bucks when i got uncharted 2 the dlc was just coming out, the game was only 30 bucks, and the community was, again, great. when i got red faction guerrilla the community was dead unfortunately, but the game was like 25 bucks and amazing. got killzone 2 after only like 4 months, all the updates had already happened, i bought a fully functioning game, 40 bucks. everything gets better after a little while, and THEN it starts getting worse.
so what's your secret? how have you NOT been banned after all this? your like a hero.... and to the topic, i don't do much actual photography but the new autodesk Photofly is bloody well epic. i'm still hunting for a actual mesh generator from it.

that's utter bull... all though my high school and the little bit of computers we had in middle school was on macs because apple gave them giant discounts to try and snag the younger buyers with familiarity. all the kids either didn't care, or were like me and hated them. now consider that i KNOW, every public school computer in California and i'm betting every public school computer in the states is a mac, and many of the people using those aren't a fan of them. there goes the "pc's are has no clue what better has, macs are smarter" point. and the rest are tiny little victories nobody cares about, it sounds like the fools on system wars.
Well, the sub controller for Move has more tech under its hood, so I don't really think it's a valid comparison. It's wireless, has rumble... these features aren't free, you know.
Plus, the PS3 Dual Shock 3 may cost $5 more but it comes with asixaxis sensors and rechargable battery, so once again, it's not an unreasonable price imo. I'm no Sony Defense Force member, but I totally understand the pricing. (Plus, the new 360 S doesn't have the 3 year warranty, so your 'free' point isn't any more or less true than it is for Sony concerning the 2 most recent SKUs.)

not to mention the sixaxis 6 is like 35 bucks or so now isn't it? and it's the base controller for ps3, not the dualshock 3. the dualshock is more expensive because it has rumble and a longer battery life. the sixaxis 6 has longer battery life than the 360's controllers and motion sensing for gods sake so i'd compare IT to the default 360 controller instead of the DS3. compare ds3 to a modded 360 controller maybe?
If there was an obnoxious party going on next to my place at 2 AM then I would be kicking some doors down too.

well by the sound of it they weren't being particularly obnoxious. i mean, shouting every time somebody won a DRUNK CHESS game, there simply isn't enough hours in a night for that to happen more than 4 times or so.

And we should convince you why? You basically just said everything new about the game was bad and that (in essence) you want the next halo to be exactly the same as previous entries into the series. designer-
