@Labouskie I agree with your points except for the one about the war on terror. 1st of all terror is an emotional state you cant wage war on it. In this way the old rich politicians have an open ticket to wage war on anyone they decide is -"causing enough terror". read-costing them the most money.

It would be cool if this was an end game expansion where you continue to rule after you've dominated everything. Dealing with internal corruption, civil wars, riots, pollution, and such in your own civ. And you could keep trying for the other victories.

Also they could have xcom cross over invasion!

They must've been trespassing, and it was got on surveillance cams if not they wouldn't bother with a trial. Pretty dumb of them, unless they are spies with a game dev cover, which is possible but unlikely.
