I would go Just cause 2, but the best sandbox game of all time would have to be gta san andreas, i think i played that game more after completing it than i did while i was doing missions, endless activites and fun.
Since i started working in january I am seriously out of the picture when it comes to games, the last game i brought was gran turismo 5, back in november!! what do you have in your PS3's right now? Or what are the last 10 or so good titles to come out? also what are some titles to look out for in the near future?
The way i see it is like this, you may think it is an 8.5/10 whereas someone else may think it is a 6.5/10, so a 7.5 could be quite accurate. Im sure they give the games to more than one reviewer then get an average of the results.
I thought the 4th dimension was atmosphere, e.g. the air temperature, smell and things like water being thrown at you. e.g. in a game like GTA, your room would get warmer in the day and cooler during the night, it would smell different in the city than if you were in the woods or on a mountain, and if it rained you would get splashed, when you get in a car it smells like leather, when you walk past a petrol station it smells like petrol or if you blow something up it smells like smoke etc etc. i would have thought this could be possible with a tv with sprays (like an air freshener), and a fan to manipulate wind and blow hot or cold air and another spray to spray mist at you if its raining. that would be cool
Are there any games similar to these, by similar I mean: - games that dont take themselves too seriously, - there is alot to do out of the main story, - missions dont have to be done, you can just drive around (or walk) and do other things - there are alot of sub missions to keep you occupied after the story I played a demo of infamous as i think i will download it as part of the free 2, and this has some resemblence in that you can free lance around the city, arent forced to take missions, and there is a teritory element that you have to spread your turf (similar to gta and saints row games) I know there is alot of hype of LA Noire but I'll admit i havent seen much on gameplay or the type of game (sandbox mode) Any other games similar to these?
So why are others able to post when i cant log in? There are posts as current as 5 mins ago yet when i have tried to log in it says its under maintenence
Something fishy about the Playstation plus membership, it says free for 30 days of may or something, but the store isnt up and running yet and i dont see it being up until june, so does that mean nobody will be able to take advantage of it? " You will have access to the PS Plus content planned for May for 30 days"
Hi, first post on here, just a quick question Does or has anyone posted on the official playstation forums recently? the reason I ask is because i have tried to sign in but i get a message saying there is server maintenence and to try again. However when i browse posts I can see people are posting and logged in, also the count at the bottom shows over 400 people online. How can they log in and post, yet I get a site server maintenence message to try again later?
