Definitely FFVII. Portable, has the color manual/walkthru and looks and play really well even stretched to full screen.
I am totally surprised that gamespot gave this game such a high rating since Microsoft has nothing to do with it. I think if it were multiplatform it would have got an 11 or even a 12...... Maybe they are feeling sorry for Sony since their repair department is 6 times less busy than Micro$oft's. It is also nice to see that microsoft is contributing to the economy by having 1000's of ads on craiglist for RROD repair. You could fund a small country for a year with all of that revenue. Both systems have great games, I just actually enjoy playing mine for more than an hour without my system setting my house on fire....
Umd all the way its not the same otherwise what if you lose you go or the memory stick dies on you???

UMD's won't do you much good if you lose your PSP either. When is the last time you had a memory stick die on you? The only time one died on me was after I pulled it out of the washing machine.... I don't really hear a lot of IPhone/iPod Touch users complaining about having to download all of their apps/games. UMDs were fine when they came out, but will go the way of mini DVDs, cartridges, and floppy discs. If you haven't noticed....the future is digital.
I guess DS/DSi owners should have stuck with their GBA's then. I can pick up used GBA games for $4 at garage sales and 2nd hand stores. Who needs something new anyway. Heck, those DSi consoles are $40 more than the DS Lite and all you get is a dumb camera.....what was Nintendo thinking anyway. The GBA was $99 to $129 and Nintedo has the audacity to charge $169 for a new console now??? And the stupid DSi doesn't even support GBA games....I would never buy one of those dumb consoles..... Seriously though the first garbage game I bought was Final Fantasy VII...for $9.99. Oh and it plays on my PS3 as well......I didn't even pay the fanboy price of $50 for it. The disk will never scratch, it will also play on my 1000 and 2000 model PSPs as well.....for no extra charge..... But still, the PSP Go really sucks. Don't ever buy one.End fact is that the psp go is far far too expensive argue all you want, for me the PSP 3000 is small enough, I enjoy having physical copies rather then something that looks like its come from CFW which is a reason why I never done it I just like the cover arts etc.
Secondly, when you say its cheap for a digital console, no it is far from it, something thats digital should be cheaper then something with a drive, maybe not if its got 64+gb of memory, but we are only talking 16gb here, you can pick up a SD card with that much for 50au here, then theres the issue that sony will play it how ever they want, and I beleive that, look at the PSN store, the only things that ever come on special is the garbage barely anyone has a thought of buying, something like Gran turismo or Ressistance will never ever come to special, wouldnt I rather pick up a copy from the shop for 49au over paying sony 59 ;), I just dont see it worth.

Sony announced on February 3, 2005, that the PSP would go on sale in North America on March 24, 2005 in one configuration for a MSRP of US$249/CA$299. Apparently people are going to complain no matter what..... I have one, paid $250 for it and love it. I had no problem paying $250 for the original or $299 for a 16gb iPod touch either. Of course you can get a PS3 for $50 more. Or a Wii for $50 less....or a PS2 for half.....or an Xbox 360 for $80 less.....or...... I thought it was going to suck and it was ugly when I first saw pics and videos of it. Owning it proved me wrong....
