Are there any games with this gameplay?

I don't know how to describe it. It could be multiplayer, but that doesn't matter because ai exists, and everyone has the option to switch to first person to third person, using first person as standard. The game would basically be like the walking dead season 7 & 8: All out war between groups of people. With food management, everybody has different tasks. People are spies, farmers, soldiers or just citizens. In this case the citizens help out a bit, just like in the walking dead. Everybody has to start from citizen and work their way up. The person that started the ''community'' (or town) would be the leader ofcourse, and everyone else will be assigned. After finding other communities you'd either declare war, trade or do other stuff. This would be great as a multiplayer game in my opinion, i've googled alot but i can't find any singleplayer or multiplayer games similair to this.

Could anyone please help, and tell me if something like this exists? Hell, this might be a good project to work on! :P
