yeah well I started playing Dawn of Sorrow again. See what happened was that I was stuck at the end of the game at the beginning of The Abyss. I was a really low level and I had no potions, becuase I'd used them all on Death in the Mine of Judgment. I thought I was screwed because I couldn't survive long enough to get to a warp point. Then, about 5-7 months later, I decided to come back to it. I was amazed! All I did was repeatedly step outside of the Save Room, and kill the Arc Demon, then run my ass back inside until I had increased almost 6 or seven levels! I'd been 38 or 39 when I started.
So right now I'm level 62, and I'm currently trying to collect all the souls. I'm at 82.somethin % I'm haiving trouble with some of the hard ones like Final Guard and Iron Golemn. But I've gotten Procel, one of the hidden ability ones. I still need Mudman or whatever the heck those mud things are called. They might be Mud Demons....But anyways, I'm having a great time. I still can't beat Menace! My favorite weapon is the Dainslef, and my secondary is the Bhuj.
Oh yeah, by the way, I also have the Flying Humanoid soul, one of the hidden normal souls. I'm about to get the other two, Mothman and the Yeti. I've been to the place where you get the Mothman, and I was firing the Rycuda soul, only it was directed to the wrong place. I was shooting it at the little stand with the two thingys projecting out of it. I was supposed to be shooting the lightning at the battery. Oh well, I'll get back to that.
And a question to some of the people who own/have/beaten/have beaten it 100%: Is the Soul Eater ring really worth the 300,000 gold? I mean it increases you 5 Luck. Each Ghost Dancer soul increases you 2 Luck. I have nine (as many as possible) Ghost Dancer souls. Yet I've seen people say the Soul Eater really helps. Is this true?
Anyways, I'm off to go get some more souls!
