Maybe not in general, but that is how the gaming industry feels right now.
I mean, wow, I don't wanna play another GTA with **** driving, shooting, story, attitude and better graphics.
I wanna play a game like Chrono Trigger, or Final Fantasy 7 & 8!
I wanna play a game like Zelda: A Link To The Past, or Zelda: Ocarina Of Time, not a game like Halo 360 on a HDTV.
Sure, graphics are good and all, but ALWAYS goes below gameplay.
Everybody can enjoy a game like Mario Party, but even that has gone overboard. Who the **** cares about that Nintendo releases a old game with recyceled minigames again?
I might even stop buying games, or at least just go buy Nintendo consoles as they sometimes releases games like Mario Kart and Mario Party.
