I posted a forum on Bungi. that asked if H3 will have BXR and ect.. But all I got was a bunch guys complaining that its cheating. I feel that if everyone can do it. It shouldnt be cheating. It doesnt give you an advantage over everyone in the game so why is it cheating.

It was alright but all that hype for some city shots and a russian. What ever happened to the GTA Tokyo idea.
