Is the Stimulus Package only playable in the two Stimulus Package options?

Then why does it still show the progress bar during the loading screens, with 21 at the end?

Seems stupid to me to SHOW level 21 on the bar, when you can't get to it.

I'm at level 20. All of a sudden I'm not levelling up anymore. I'm not even gaining XP from anything.

What's the deal?

I used the "Here and Now" perk. Does that like, cancel your ability to level up?

So I've played for 35 hours, I'm at level 17, yet the Brotherhood of Steel still won't let me into the Citadel to train with Power Armor.

The Knights at the GnR Building say I need to speak with Elder Lyons, who is "usually in the lab"...but there's no lab in the GnR building, so I assume they mean a lab in the Citadel?

But how the hell am I supposed to get inside the Citadel to talk to Elder Lyons, when I need Elder Lyons' permission to get into the Citadel?

I'm stumped!

After she fled, I noticed like 3 or 4 of the Giant Radscorpions in front of the HQ, killing the Brahmen cows.

I went to the Regulators HQ to collect on some bounties - I've accumulated more than 65 fingers.

My karma is high, and I've played the whole game as a "good character", yet for some reason that Lenora chick who I collect the bounties from ran away from me. Every time I caught up to her to try to talk to her, it said "Lenora is fleeing", and I couldn't talk to her.

Now she's gone, and I have no idea where she went. I go back to the HQ every few hours to see if she's back, but no, she's gone.

What the hell happened? Is there somewhere else I can find her?

I could really use those caps...

My arrow is actually leading me to the right. That's something I couldn't figure out, it leads me to a place that's just am empty block of land right beside the memorial.

Glitch maybe?

Last night I did the quest where I rid the Lincoln Memorial of super mutants and slavers.

I went back and told Hannibal, and he said he and his people would set out right away.

They did, because they're not at the temple anymore...but it's been two days in game time and they still haven't arrived at the Lincold Memorial.

WTF happened?

I'm both interested and worried.

I actually got the game for free due to a mix-up on Amazon's part (which is sweet), but I've never really enjoyed an RPG before.

I'm worried that the lame-looking combat will kill it for me.

I downloaded both the Scorpion and Elite suits.

It seems once you've put one of the donwloaded suits on, you cannot ever put on the regular suit again, nor can you wear any of the upgraded suits you come across throughout the game.

Is this a problem everyone is having?

Is EA aware of this?
