After 3.0 & 3.01 my 60gb was freezing on batman at the same point, after looking about I discovered that it appears to be the DLC causing the issue, I deleted the Game Data from my PS3 (not the saves) and just reinstalled the basic game data from the disc, this cured the problem so hopefully this may help others out.
