@shiss27 yeah but then he let his success get to his head and made alot of really asinine statements, like that gamers are the worst people, he called gamers who bought fez on sale cheap, and when a young aspiring japanese indie developer asked him what he thought of japanese game, rather than giving a respectful and proffesional answer all he said was "they suck" then he bragged about it on twitter afterwards

goodbye and good riddance to phil fish, now that he is leaving the development field he should no longer be relevent and should no longer have to see his rants about how everything sucks except his and his friends games or how gamers are the worst people. You shot yourself in the foot fish, while fez may have been a great game, you let your head swell and became a cocky arrogant asshole and I am more than happy to see you go.

@saosebastiao yeah but kojima didn't say that gamers are the worst people on earth, or call his fans cheap for buying his games on sale, nor tell a japanese indie dev who looked up to him that japanese games suck (you could see the heartbreak on the kids face). The long fish stays around the more arrogant his rants get and the more and more people are hating him, he is the kanye west of the gaming scene.

@coolguyhero actually with this reversal indie developing is cheaper on xbox than ps4, sony you have to buy a 2500 dollar dev kit, xbox you just need to buy the xbox.
