So Kmart decided to be a rebel and release Mass Effect a week before release date. They know that they are breaking their agreement. On the games it says "DO NOT SELL BEFORE 11-20-07". Which leads me to assume that: they only hire near-illiterate people, whom can't tell date formats. Or stupid people, or just careless people.

It's not that hard to imagine, with this going on, why they had to file bankruptcy, and shut down a whole lot of stores. Rumors are that each game sold before release date, is a five thousand dollar fine. If those fines are given to Kmart (Pray to God they are), then Kmart will have to file bankruptcy AGAIN! I hope they get what's coming to them.

If they don't then I know one thing. Nothing happens to bad people. That will completely destroy my whole state of mind.
