I'm new to this site, but I've been following Gamespot for years; however, I never once thought to start my own profile on the site. I just want to have the chance to discuss games with other people and to be able to exchange thoughts and ideas over different topics. This list will be a good start. Here are my guidelines for my list. -They have to have a story, plot, setting, etc(that means games like Pacman or Tetris are not included on this list). -They span from the NES era to now. -They can have sports titles as well. -If the game is part of a franchise, it doesn't have to be the best one out of all of them, just the game that set the bar for the franchise and for the gaming world itself. -The game doesn't have to be a part of a franchise, it could stand on its own(although most influential games tend to produce sequels). -Honorable mentions that won't be included on my list, because I haven't played them (Final Fantasy, Donkey Kong, The Sims).
