Will the weight classes actually have any effect besides being able to knock people around? On the DS I was always Bowser because you could just pick a good car and not get pushed around by the other racers.

[QUOTE="starwarsgeek112"]Now I'm not talking about games like Okami, that are really good and many people didn't have a chance to play them last gen. I'm talking about all the games develepers are putting out on the Wii that are just crap PS2 ports. A prime example of this is with the game of Rock Band, for the 360 and PS3 they have DLC, online play, and character customization, and then they are leaving us with a crap port of the PS2 version. We have to stop supporting develepers like this and show them that if this is what they are going to do, people aren't going to buy their games.icarus212001

i understand where your coming from, but i think using Rock Band as an example makes for a lousy arguement. First of, all multiplatform games that have a wii version is going to have the wii version be the most inferior. either way, just because rock band doesnt have DLC right now doesnt mean anyhing.chances are, if EA loves money, they WILL put out DLC on wii (especially if Activision is doing it).

That's the problem, the Wii is better than the PS2, they should at least use it to its potential instead of just slapping a Wii logo on the PS2 game. I'm not expecting the multi plats to be better than the 360 or PS3 versions, but come on we shouldn't get stuck with the PS2 version.

When you're country is based off of Christian ideas and beliefs it's kind of hard to separate them, although they say they do.
(Talking about the U.S.)

[QUOTE="Duckman5"]I'm buying this game, for sure. Any self respecting Wii owner who thinks he has a right to call himself Hardcore or avid needs to do the same.Jaysonguy

Yeah, I used to think that before the reviews came out.

GamePro: 4.5 / 5 (90%)
Nintendo Power: 7.5 / 10 (75%)
Electronic Gaming Monthly: 91.7 / 100 (91.7%)
IGN: 9 / 10 (90%)
Play Magazine: 9.5 / 10 (95%)

Besides Nintendo Power, are we reading the same reviews?

Well first you should totally get Nintendo Power, it's awesome lol

Secondly when I bring up the reviews I mean the content of them when they list what's broken/glitched not the numbers at the end.

Oh come on, Nitendo Power's review is only low so they can get you to skip out on this game and pick up Mario Kart instead.

When more classics hit the VC it will be the Wii.
But for now it's gotta be SNES.

You can tell it's fake, because when it starts off you can see the picture of Mario that appears in Brawl, and once Roy appears that picture disappears and shows the Melee indicators.

I can't wait for this game! Good thing I have No More Heroes and Zelda Phantom Hourglass to hold me over.

Tripping is really the only bad thing.
I may be alone in thinking this but the gameplay is so much tighter in Brawl than in Melee. I played Melee the other day, and I just couldn't pull off things with the same precision as I could in Brawl.
