Well for me as soon as the bridge was fixed, I just talked to him and he asked if I wanted to bring the spring water to the goron.
Maybe I hadn't an empty bottle with me or something like that, or I'm just wrong. Thanks for the info.

No, he doesn't put it in a bottle, he gives you a big barrel that you have to bring to the goron. Are you sure you have payed enough money for the bridge to be fixed? and that your talking to the goron outside of the malo mart?
Yeah, I agree with you. I already have 3 games, and I want 3 more games right now (Super Paper Mario, Warioware, and Godfather). And 2 of those games are already out now and the other comes out next month. I'm also interested in Heetseeker and Medal of Honor: Vangaurd, although I don't have high hopes for either of them. For the first like 5 months after a systems release I'd say we are getting plenty of games.
