Oh yeah, I remember hearing one for Mario 64, myself. If you got all the stars, a cannon outside the castle would open up, and you could use it to propell yourself up to the top of the castle where you'd get Yoshi.

I made up one of my own before on a gullible friend who was playing Oblivion. I told him that if he picked up a piece of fruit, put it in a bowl, took that out to a campsite and sat there until midnight, a werewolf would appear and he'd be able to become one. He spent hours trying until somone told him that I lied :lol:

When I say myths I talk things like; getting mew in pokemon or reviving Areath in ffiv. Things that went around as rumors and came to be true/false later on.

I was watching popblocks over at gametrailers and it got me interested in other video game myths. Can anyone tell me some more good game myths?

I'm going over to a friends place, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me of some games that have some good co-operative lan. As long as it has 2 people co-op it's good enough, also I don't really care how old hte game is as long as it is fun.
