see here the thing i have call them repeatedly and for the past 3 weeks they been tell me that they got my 360 back from the person they Accidently sented to and it being processed. Now there is 3 thing i dont understand. 1 is how did they send my 360 to wrong address in the first place and the preson that recive my xbox has never own one in his life. 2 why dont they just send me a new 360. 3 thing is that it cant take 4 weeks to test a 360 to make sure it worke right.
listen to this **** Ive sent in my 360 to get repair becuse i got the ring of doom for a second time about 6 weeks ago they called me and told me that my 360 has been repaired and is on the way and should be there in about 3 to 4 buissens days so i waited for a week and never showed up so i called customer supporter and ask them where is my 360 they told that they sent to the wrong address and they are trying to get it back that was 6 weeks ago and still no xbox and they wont send me a new just yet now what would u do if this happen to u
