if you didn't like melee for the cube, i don't see why you would like this one. it's pretty much the same thing taken to the next level. all fighting games are button mashers when you first play them. once you learn the controls, smash is the least button mashing fighting game i've ever played.presto7640

^ you beat me to it... Sometimes you have to think before you move, but in my experience Smash Bros is a button masher.

I hate my Internet connection a lot. I get disconnected every 5-10 minutes and lag out of all of my games. The ping is fine(60-80 usually), I just get randomly disconnected in every game I play. It gets very annoying. The worst part is that I can't change my ISP because they are the only one in my area. Whenever I phone them and complain they say our connection is "fine." They charge a ridiculously high price for the connection, $60/month for 512k.... They get away with it all because they are the only damned ISP in the area. Furthermore the connection was running perfectly fine last year, but now it just plain sucks.

Yup, and I also suggest getting another gigabyte of RAM. It should only cost about $50 more for the extra RAM

It's pretty much the same thing as upgrading from windows 98 to Windows XP. There were many people saying Windows XP is a resource hog and that it doesn't run old applications well or not at all. Many people were also saying that XP was not worth upgrading for the money. BUT GUESS WHAT? Windows XP got patched, and it runs old applications fine now... Windows XP was a bit more stable than windows 98. The user interface looked nicer and was easier to use. Sounds just like windows Vista being more stable than XP (unless you're running older apps), it looks nicer and is a bit easier to use. It will get patched like XP, and it will be able to run older applications eventually.

I'm running Windows Vista and I don't plan to downgrade.
