@sodapoppimpski: Yeah, it was the Xbox's Knack (which I also enjoyed). Ryse is still a gorgeous game, and pretty fun to play. It didn't do anything "innovative", which seems to be expected from new gen games. People always say, "this game is too much like that game". Well, if that was a fun game, what's the problem?

@lonewolf1044: I guess that's why I said "a good argument could be made for Tomb Raider as well".

@gotrekfabian: If it's so much better, why not get an Xbox one? It's been out for over 3 years, and doing so great, but still not good enough for you to buy it. Yet you're so passionate, to argue for it on Gamespot? I never said PS+ was perfect, but no 2 people are going to have the same opinion on what games are great. So no, I will not admit that the GWG lineup is better, because it's not. It's nothing but opinion. I think everyone gets caught up in the idea that these titles should be AAA titles. If most of your base has played them, you're not doing much of a service for anyone, whereas a new indie title can get a chance it otherwise may not. That's not to say, I don't want any AAA titles. Once again, neither service is going to appease everyone, every month. The idea that PS+ has sucked 10 out of 12 months, is yours, and someone else may actually say it sucked 12 out of 12 months. Some loved it, but you get the point, it's perception.

I only mentioned owning previous systems because backwards compatibility is always the argument that comes next. It apparently makes Xbox superior, though over 50% of the previous library isn't available. I don't understand that argument, because I have those previous systems and purchased the newer ones, to play the newer games. As far as the Xbox P2P servers being better, yes I have read that, but I've never noticed a difference. I'm not arguing PlayStation's is better, I just think the difference is similar to someone arguing a few pixels of resolution. Not 720p to 900p. I mean literally a few, like 1080, to 1083. The difference isn't noticeable. You have a PS4, do you experience issues not directly related to your internet connection or bandwidth? I've use both plenty, and have never had an issue. Damn, where are the PC guys to tell me we're all dumb for paying for online service?

@gotrekfabian: I want you to go back and read your previous statement. Notice how you typed "not", in all caps. Probably for effect right? So why capitalize for effect to be like me, when I was just mimicking you? What does "If you take into consideration the resale of games after completion makes them even cheaper FOR THE MOST even with the PS Plus discount", mean? We're you so triggered by me calling you dumbass and trying to figure out a comeback, that you forgot how to write? What if someone doesn't plan on selling the game? You're adding a pointless dimension to the argument. I don't care if Gamestop will give me $5 for the game, and you're still just assuming the difference in value isn't there, but you don't know. You said you don't have an Xbox one. How can you argue that it's service is better, yet haven't used it? I understand you probably haven't played some of the games offered during a few of the months, but that can be true of anyone, with either service. I literally get zero out of GWG this month, because I own, and have completed everything except the assassin's creed game, which I have no interest in. I did have some fun with Discjam though. I spent some time playing it with my nephew, and it's kinda fun. Do you understand how perspective works Mr MENSA? Your assumption of value doesn't exist for everyone, the way it does for you.

@gotrekfabian: You're one to talk about research. Before I buy a game on sale, I check Amazon prime, best buy, and eBay. When I got Just Cause 3 for $14.99, it was at least $30 everywhere else. Where could I get Inside for less than $10? But you did all that research right? BS!! You have a personal bias. It's pretty simple. You think Sony lied to you about the flat Earth, and they're actually the Bilderberg group trying to steal your secrets, but you know Shia Labeouf.

@joshrmeyer: you're probably right. I check my Xbox every Tuesday (if I haven't been using it), but even at the end of last year, when Microsoft had their "biggest Xbox store sale ever", I bought absolutely nothing. Not because I didn't want to. I bought 4-5 games on sale through PSN in the same time period (like, Inside, Just Cause 3, etc.). I got the Borderlands telltale series for $1.49!! Seriously, even if it was bad, it's almost worth it, but I like it. Me and my nephew played through most of it. The few big Xbox games I wanted, but wouldn't pay full price for on Xbox, didn't get dropped (like Quantum Break). I know I can buy it used, but at the time, $40-45 was the best I could find, and now I don't care if I can get it cheaper. I've got more games than I've got time to play.

@aladan53: i know right? I can't wait to stop wasting my time with NieR, Horizon, Nioh, and Gravity Rush, to play Ryse. Even though I bought it at launch for Xbox one, and it received terrible review scores. I mean, I should stop playing great games, to redownload Ryse (granted, I think it's better than it is given credit for, but it's not great). I guess there's Darksiders. It's a good game. Funny, I remember playing it years ago, on ps3, through ps+. You need a better argument. Ask Xbox where the rest of my 360 game library is. Answer: I don't care, I still have a 360, if I want to play those games. Just like I have a ps3. See, I didn't even mention Zelda. Doh!

Edit: Sorry, but does everyone realize, each of those Xbox one, games with gold games, are around $5, to own? Don't get me wrong, if you haven't played one, and can get it for free, great, but it's silly to act superior, just because you have a AAA title. Most have already played them. Microsoft didn't spend any significant money to get those titles. Not that Sony is any better, but these goofy arguments are getting old. They both have pros and cons. The value comes down to the individual.

@gotrekfabian: No dumbass, on Xbox one, it works the same way, you have it til your subscription ends, lol, can you read? The games you BUY on discount are yours.

I'm starting to think you're an Xbox fanboy. All the signs are there. You act like you're not, but all you do is talk Shit about PlayStation, while praising even the silliest things on Xbox. If you're not a fanboy, you're just pathetic.

@joshrmeyer: People always forget how much better the sales and discounts are with PS+. Also, you get choice and ownership of the game if you were to leave the service, whereas the "free" games with either service are only playable while you are a member.
